Divadots may verify orders via phone or OTP before confirmation. Orders are confirmed only after verification.

Some products may be sourced from third-party vendors. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering:

  • You may choose an alternative product

  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

  • Full refund will be issued if no alternative is selected

12. Advance / Part Payments

Divadots may request an advance payment for certain orders.
Failure to pay the balance at delivery may result in cancellation, and advance payments are non-refundable.

14. Returns with Coupons

If an item purchased using a coupon is returned, the coupon value will be deducted from the refund amount.
