Shipping Information
Shipping timelines mentioned on our Website are approximate and do not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays due to factors such as weather conditions, high shipment volumes, traffic disruptions, or operational issues.
If the product is in stock, Divadots endeavours to ship orders within 3–10 working days from the date of order confirmation. The estimated delivery date shared with you is only indicative and cannot be considered a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
Divadots shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
To ensure safe delivery, we ship exclusively through reputed courier partners. If you notice that the package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

Please mention your order number while contacting us. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment at the earliest, wherever applicable.
All shipments are fully insured and may require recipient signature and ID proof at the time of delivery.
Delivery Locations

We currently ship only within India

Deliveries are made only to residential or workplace addresses

We do not deliver to public places such as hotels, hostels, malls, restaurants, or streets

PO Boxes and military addresses are not serviceable

Rural or remote locations may require additional delivery time
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to the Divadots facility.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.

If you placed an order without an account, you may create one using the same email ID used during checkout to view your order details.
Shipping Charges for Returns
If you choose to return a product, please note:

The original shipping charge paid to deliver the order will be deducted from your refund

The return shipping cost (whether arranged by you or through us) will be borne by the customer

Return shipping charges are calculated at actual courier rates
We do not offer free return shipping, except in cases where:

The item received is damaged, or

The wrong item was delivered

Cancellation Policy
Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days
Divadots reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:

Pricing or product information errors

Payment verification or fraud detection issues
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return Policy instead.
Personalised / Customised Orders
Personalised or customised jewellery is manufactured specifically on order and requires additional processing time.
