At Divadots, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible items within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery for valid reasons.
⚠️ In case of a missing product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund facility applies only to purchases made through our official website:
To qualify for a return, your jewellery must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

All original tags, certificates, invoice, and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase must be provided

Any complimentary gift/free product received must be returned along with the main item

We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video upon receiving your order. In case of issues like missing/damaged/wrong product, this video will help us review and process your request efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Customised or personalised jewellery

Engraved products

Made-to-order items

Products purchased under special offers or promotions

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items returned without original packaging, tags, invoice, or certificates

Products with missing or tampered serial numbers

Products washed or physically damaged after delivery
If a customer refuses to accept delivery after shipment, Divadots shall not be responsible for refunds or replacements.
Return Process

Email us at care@divadots.in within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, a case ID/ticket will be generated.

The product must be self-shipped to our registered address (shared via email).

The return shipment must be:

Properly packed in original packaging

Bubble wrapped securely
-
Sealed carefully to avoid transit damage

Email us the courier tracking number after dispatch.
⚠️ Without a tracking number, we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the product:

It will undergo a quality inspection

If approved, the refund/replacement will be authorised

Divadots reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the return value
In case of missing items in return shipments (including free gifts), the company reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund.
All applicable taxes, duties, or fees are to be borne by the customer.
Refund Options
You may choose from the following refund methods:

Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged for:

Another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by customer)
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and follow the same eligibility conditions mentioned above.

We will not accept return or exchange requests under the 7-day policy for:
